Turtle Beach Website Redesign
Overview
Turtle Beach came to us looking to redesign their homepage, category pages, PDP, and navigation, specifically focusing on a customer journey that offered clarity, consumer confidence, and a digital experience that reflected the quality and care Turtle Beach provides through their products. Our job was to uncover the key product stories, content and consumer validation that shoppers care most about and translate that into a clean, familiar, easy to navigate experience. We referenced game interface design and provided updated product photography to help elevate the overall look and feel of the site, while providing customers with a familiar interface that feels similar to building a “loadout” in their favorite video games.
Role & Responsibilities
I was the sole designer on this project. I partnered with our strategy team, a project manager, and the development team to provide Turtle Beach with an intuitive and concise strategy based off user testing. That then translated into the updated UI with an emphasis on a mobile first design.
I also assisted with photo editing for the updated product photography.
I was involved from the onset of the project through completion.
